Australian plant-based meat start-up v2food has partnered with meal kit service Marley Spoon, giving Australians the opportunity to cook with v2mince in their own homes for the first time.

Rolf Weber, co-founder of Marley Spoon, said the partnership helps create “a more sustainable supply chain without compromising flavour or nutrition to our customers”. Beginning April 27, v2mince will be available for Marley Spoon customers to choose as a substitute for beef or pork mince in a number of the company’s “chef-designed and nutritionist-approved” recipes.
